Scotland is in my blood...

All sixteen-year-old Heather MacNair wants is to feel normal, to shed the intense paranoia she’s worn all year like a scratchy sweater. After her compulsion to self-harm came to light, Heather was kept under her doctor’s watchful eye. Her family thinks she’s better—and there’s nothing she wants more than for that to be true. She still can’t believe she’s allowed to spend her summer vacation as she always does: at her aunt’s home in Scotland, where she has lots of happy memories. Far away from all her problems save one: she can’t stop carving the Celtic knot that haunts her dreams into her skin.

Good friends and boys with Scottish accents can cure almost anything . . . except nightmares. Heather can’t stop dreaming about two sisters from centuries ago, twins Prudence and Primrose, who somehow seem tied to her own life. Their presence lurks just beneath the surface of her consciousness, sending ripples through what should be a peaceful summer. The twins might hold the key to putting Heather’s soul at rest . . . or they could slice her future deeper than any knife.

  1. Please write a third book to in the after. If you don't wish to continue the series, I'm okay with that :) I just want some advice on writing my own book. As a fellow human with an OBSESION with post apocalyptic situations, I couldn't put down such a great book. Thank you so much for your amazing work.

    1. Please write a third book to In the After! I am so in love with
it. I didn't think the 2nd one was going to be worth the read but Your writing compelled me to read it. Thank you Demitria Lunetta so much for your amazing work!

  2. So looking forward to this book! You don't have much out but you're well on your way to becoming one of my all time favourite authors! I got to read the advanced readers edition of In the After before it was released. It still had typos and everything. It was such a great experience. Except I had to wait even longer to read In the End which I received for Christmas. You're fantastic please keep writing and getting published I'll be your fan until the end!

  3. um is this book science fiction or fantasy?

  4. i love the in the after books and would love a third .tho i think that the more books there are to any series like this the more worn out it will get . im fine with this ending but i was thinking how these books are like a tv series so descriptive and each book like a big episode then i realized how after a season in might be boring. or maybe unless it showed the recovery from the apocalypse. but then i thought how wonderful it would be to get to see all this amazing detail described so well on a tv screen in motion right there in a dvd!! i REAALLY want this to be a movie. is it too late to get these the top selling books and get a MOVIE!!?? :D So anyone that possibly reads this try to get everyone to read it! seriously is there anyone else that wants this to be a motion picture?:) love you Demitria

  5. Yessssss! A movie would be great! If not a movie then we need a third book! I'm obsessed!
